Our engineering team designs models and product concept images with state of the art Finite Element Analysis and 3D Computer Aided Design software. This software interfaces with CNC mills, lathes and 3D printers.

KaroTech, Inc. has a modern tool room well equipped with CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders geared toward rapid small-batch programing, capable of holding tight tolerances and exacting standards.
TOOL DESIGN & FABRICATION
PROGRESSIVE STAMPING
Extremely tight tolerances are held on components made of various materials developed and produced on high speed presses. For single operation development and production smaller 8 and 10 ton press are used. Full traceability and quality requirements are achieved through a meticulous, exacting process.
Laser beam welding (LBW) is a welding technique used to join multiple pieces of metal through the use of a laser. We design and develop unique fixturing to optimize the welding process.
Our experience with joining aluminum components to achieve hermetic seals is invaluable. Welding of copper, steel, stainless steel, and joining dissimilar materials is also accomplished.
LASER WELDING
3D printing is one option used to make a three dimensional model or component. With the combination of accuracy and versatility, our high end rapid prototyping machine uses several different polymer materials with varying characteristics such as rigidity, flexibility, heat resistance, opaqueness and color, depending on application.
